Following completion of its acquisition of ISS Landscaping today (1st June) Tivoli (Tivoli Group Limited) has launched and begun trading.

ISS UK Limited has today announced that it has successfully exchanged contracts to sell ISS Facility Services Landscaping to Sullivan Street Partners, a Private Equity company, based in London. Completion is set for 30th April 2018.
