Grounds Maintenance Operative / Team Leader

You’ll be part of a team responsible for duties such as grass cutting, litter picking, hedge cutting, shrub maintenance, leaf clearing, weed spraying, gritting and snow clearing. Previous horticultural experience is preferred but not essential.
A full UK driving licence is desirable. You should be a team player with good communication skills and a “can do” approach. PA1 and PA6 is advantageous but we will provide relevant training. Senior Grounds Maintenance Operative

You’ll be part of a team responsible for carrying out grounds maintenance activities and assisting operations on site, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest specification and that a quality service is delivered. You’ll also ensure that all HSEQ regulations are adhered to, and equipment is kept in a safe working condition. A full UK driving licence is essential. You should be a team player with good communication skills and a “can do” approach. PA1 and PA6 spraying licence and B+E trailer license is preferred but not essential. Arborist

As a full time, experienced Arborist Climber your duties will include all aspects of arboriculture maintenance, from record keeping and compliance to current Health & Safety legislation. Minimum Arb Experience Required: One year and must have practical climbing experience. Qualifications required: NPTC units CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 and ideally CS41. A full UK driving license is required and B+E Trailer entitlement is highly desirable. You should be a team player with good communication skills and a “can do” approach. In addition, for certain roles, you may need to pass an MOD vetting process.
