Tivoli has been assessed, evaluated and accredited to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 27001:2013.

ISO 14001 – one of the highest accolades when it comes to demonstrating dedication to sustainability and minimising environmental impact.
ISO 45001 – a new international standard helping organisations to improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks, and create safer working conditions. The Health & Safety of our teams and those who live in and around the areas where they operate is of paramount importance to us.
ISO 27001 – the internationally recognised standard for Information Security which provides the framework for an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS). It sets out the policies and procedures needed to protect organisations and includes all the risk controls (legal, physical and technical) necessary for robust IT security management.

Arb Approved Contractors
Tivoli has four accredited bases: Scotland (Kilmarnock and Rosyth), South East (Portsmouth and Taplow). This means that we have undergone a rigorous examination of everything from quality of work to office procedures, health and safety to continual professional development, ensuring that any work we carry out is professional and to the highest standards.
BALI Accredited Contractor
Tivoli is an accredited BALI member. The British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) aims to promote, support and inspire a variety of landscaping industry sectors ranging from professional landscapers, garden designers, and landscape suppliers to be environmentally, ethically and commercially sustainable landscape industry. Boasting over 900 Accredited members and over 1800 members, BALI was established to support, promote and inspires its members and their businesses. To be granted Accredited membership, BALI members must sign up to the BALI Code of Conduct, pledging to carry out their business to the highest industry standards. This means investing in staff training and skills development, adhering to health and safety regulations, considering the environmental and ethical implications of what they do, and running their operations with honesty and integrity. Professional members include landscapes, landscape contractors, grounds maintenance contractors, interior landscapers, gardeners and garden designers who have been fully vetted to the highest standard.
Achilles UVDB Silver Plus Accredited
Tivoli is Achilles UVDB Silver Plus accredited. Achilles UVDB is the utility industry pre-qualification system used across the UK, helping organisations achieve the highest standards of supply chain assurance.

Cyber Essentials Certified
Tivoli is Cyber Essentials certified. Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed, industry-supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common online threats. Cyber Essentials accreditation aims to help organisations implement basic levels of protection against cyber attack, demonstrating to customers that we take cyber security seriously. Certification gives us peace of mind that our defences will protect against the vast majority of common cyber attacks.
Constructionline Gold Member
Tivoli is a registered Gold member of Constructionline. This means we have been fully assessed in areas including environmental management, quality management, equal opportunities, modern slavery act adherence and anti-bribery and corruption policies. Some of these policies form part of the Cabinet Office Selection Questionnaire (SQ), which the public sector is expected to comply with.

Tivoli subscribes to premium Met Office data services. This ensures that we have the most accurate and reliable forecast available to enable us to best tailor our service to meet our clients’ needs and requirements. It also underpins our continued commitment to invest in our specialised teams of highly trained staff in the use of advanced forecast services.
The Green Flag Award Scheme was first launched in 1996 to recognise and reward the best green spaces in the country. It continues to provide the high level of quality against which our parks and green spaces are measured. Tivoli is proud to have won more than 100 Green Flag Awards in partnership with its clients across the country, recognising its commitment to the highest environmental standards.
RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards
The RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards have been recognising health & safety success since 1956. They offer organisations a prime opportunity to prove their ongoing commitment to raising health & safety standards. In May 2021, Tivoli received our second RoSPA President’s award recognising eleven consecutive gold medals. This demonstrates our sustained excellence in occupational Health & Safety and our commitment to continuous improvement.
Plants@Work stands as the mark of distinction for all of the Interior Landscaping Industry. The Plants@Work Awards represents the very best of the industry and recognises members’ achievements with ‘Leaf’ Awards. To date Tivoli has been awarded 13 ‘Leaf Awards’ – a testament to the high quality service we continue to deliver to our interior clients.
The BALI Awards were first introduced in 1976 and are held annually to recognise BALI members who have demonstrated exceptionally high standards of professionalism and skill in the execution of a wide variety of landscaped schemes. Winning a BALI Award is the pinnacle of professional achievement for BALI Members. To date, Tivoli teams have won more than 40 BALI Awards across the full range of our services from grounds maintenance of business grounds and multi sites through to interior landscape installation and maintenance and Employer of the Year.
The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS)
Tivoli has been awarded Silver Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Award status in which we have pledged and demonstrated our support for the Armed Forces. This includes employing serving and former members of the Armed Forces community and demonstrating flexibility towards training and mobilisation commitments for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers. We recognise the vital role of Britain’s Armed Forces, and the valuable contribution that members of the Reserve Forces make to Britain’s defence.
Tivoli is an armed forces-friendly company and are open to employing reservists, armed forces veterans (including the wounded, injured and sick), cadet instructors and military spouses/partners.
