What Our Clients Say About Us
I would like to thank you for your excellent gardening services. Craig and his team have done a fantastic job of my gardens. Their work is fantastic, they always clean up afterwards and apply weed killer. Their attention to detail and customer service is also of a high standard.
Tivoli helped us design a new interior planting scheme when we moved into our current office in June 2019. Tivoli are contracted to provide and service our interior plants for our Slough based UK HQ, with service visits every 3 weeks and plant replacement as and when required. This includes plant displays and floristry. Tivoli also supplied a bespoke Christmas decorations theme for our head office – including live trees and festive floral arrangements. The feedback from both our employees and visitors was very positive and we look forward to working with Tivoli again this year.
Both the account management and maintenance teams are highly professional and aim to provide excellent customer service at all times. I would have no hesitation recommending Tivoli who understand the customer and always aim to provide a quality product on time and on budget.
A great job with the installation of the buxus, they are great specimens and look really good in the pots. I am very pleased with the interior plants and containers and thus far the feedback has been very positive for both these and the beautiful floristry displays.
The works carried out at the Warrington Rail Terminal were brilliant. The two gentleman who attended signed in with ID and full safety PPE. They worked unsupervised and the work/tasks specifically requested by us were completed.
They worked as a team in a difficult environment – on an embankment with little room to move.
In March 2011, the club took the option of ‘joining forces’ with Tivoli for an initial three-year contract for the maintenance of the golf course and grounds. Tivoli also employed the greens staff and took on the responsibility for the club’s machinery, as well as adding their own machines that the club was in need of. From day one Tivoli has given an excellent service in preparing and maintaining the golf course. As Greens Chairman I have been dealing with all departments of Tivoli employees on a regular basis and have always found them to be very helpful and courteous. Tivoli has managed to take away a lot of the financial strain from the club and provided the members with a course of a high standard. The club looks forward to many more years of working alongside Tivoli.
Tivoli has looked after English Heritage’s grounds maintenance needs at our Isle of Wight sites since 2003. The contracted work is varied from cutting formal lawns to organising compost sifting but the operational staff know the contract, understand and perform their work to the standards required and as they are based on site at Osbourne they feel very much part of the English Heritage gardening team. We have a very good working relationship with the Tivoli contract manager; extra work requests have always been accommodated and he has found some good solutions to some tricky jobs. I am very happy with the service Tivoli gives English Heritage on the Isle of Wight
We were absolutely thrilled when we received notification that our three Green Flag parks had once again met the required standard. This was no small achievement given the challenges that have been faced so far this year with the inclement weather and financial pressures and is a positive reflection of the hard work and dedication of Tivoli staff involved in the maintenance of these areas
