The three-year contract will see Tivoli teams deliver planned grounds maintenance services at 120 Whitbread sites across Scotland and the North of England, and support with reactive works at over 500 sites across the Midlands, London, South East of England, and Wales.

For the planned grounds maintenance at Premier Inn sites and their associated restaurants, Tivoli teams will manage grass cutting, plant bedding, leaf collection and weed control services, as well as tree, hedge and shrub maintenance.
Tivoli will be investing in local recruitment; staff training and upskilling; social value, sustainability, and biodiversity initiatives; as well as further development of ‘The Hive’, Tivoli’s new work management system, for advanced reporting and asset management plans.
