As an organisation focused on service excellence, Tivoli sees corporate social responsibility as being an active and cooperative partnership; working in close collaboration with our clients, our suppliers, our local communities and others whom we touch to deliver real benefits and long term improvements to society and the environment.
Tivoli’s community ethos is simple, to make a positive impact in the communities where we live and operate.
We have a strong focus on supporting young people and those furthest from the workforce into employment and forming strong partnerships with social enterprise groups.
For example, Tivoli has worked for over a decade with The Wise Group, a social enterprise helping people gain new skills and get into work, providing work experience, placements and employment to hundreds of unemployed individuals.
Tivoli’s aim is to not only reduce any negative environmental impact on society but also reinvest in it. Through ISO 14001 accreditation we continue to demonstrate a robust approach to maintaining a sustainable and ethical business, which is reflected in our projects that create clean, green and safe environments.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
We strive to protect the health and safety of our workforce, our customers, and their end users. We recognise that our success and our future require us to carry out our operations in a safe and environmentally conscious way. It is this focus that has led to us winning eight consecutive Gold Medals from RoSPA (Royal Society for Prevention of Accidents) for our outstanding standards in occupational Health & Safety.
Our charitable endeavours have included working with veterans charities such as Gardening Leave and HighGround. Both of whom use horticultural therapy to benefit veterans with mental health issues.
Key highlights include over 2,000 hours volunteered by Tivoli employees, 300 veterans’ lives transformed and £300,000 donations leveraged due to the support of Tivoli.
